Krobi AI operates in two intelligent modes for offshore environments. When connected to the internet, it provides live weather, online search, maritime regulations, and enhanced cloud-based AI assistance. When offline, it continues running locally onboard using data from the vessel’s chartplotter, NMEA network, onboard sensors, and stored files to assist with navigation, vessel awareness, and onboard operations.
🛰️ Seamless Integration
Krobi AI is designed to integrate seamlessly with modern vessel systems. As long as your vessel has an NMEA 2000 network onboard, the Krobi processor unit can be connected directly using the included T-connector provided with the system. Once connected, Krobi AI can begin accessing onboard vessel data in real time.
🛡️ Your data stays yours
Krobi AI processes vessel data locally onboard through dedicated on-device systems, allowing critical functionality to operate even without internet connectivity. Your onboard data remains under your control.
